Our Curriculum

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to learning, so we offer options to meet the needs of each student.

Junior high students have opportunities to enroll in high school level math and world language classes to prepare them for a progressive high school curriculum that includes Honors, Advanced Placement (AP), and Dual College Credit classes.

High school students choose from an extensive list of AP classes including AP Capstone and AP Physics C/Calculus. We are the only private school in NKY offering these courses.

AP electives are also offered in English, history, science, math, technology, business, and visual arts. Dual credit options are taught by Villa faculty through Thomas More University and the University of Cincinnati, and online classes are offered through Western Kentucky and Northern Kentucky Universities.

We also offer an immersive world language program including:

Five year and AP options in French and Spanish;
The opportunity for graduates to earn the Seal of Bi-literacy upon graduation;
Four years of travel abroad opportunities;
Enrolling international students from around the world.

Villa Madonna Academy is a tradition of academic excellence. We believe the greatest service we can provide our students is to instill in them a love of learning and to provide them with the necessary skills to pursue their education at a higher level.
