Board of Directors

Founded by the Benedictine Sisters of St. Walburg Monastery

Villa Madonna Academy, founded by the Benedictine Sisters of St. Walburg Monastery, is a non-profit, Kentucky corporation formed for the purpose of Catholic education. All members of the Villa Board are appointed by the Prioress of St. Walburg Monastery upon the recommendation of the Villa Board of Directors and in accord with the Articles of Incorporation. Board members serve a term of three years, which is renewable in certain circumstances.
