1. Create a FinalForms account.
2. Complete all the required information on FinalForms.
3. Submit an up-to-date KHSAA physical.
4. Read and sign the Villa Athletics policy.
5. Submit athletics fee of $275.  Checks made payable to VMA Athletics. Checks can be dropped off in the office.
6. $25 late fee if registered after the due date.

  • Baseball

    Our Men's baseball team is open to Grades 7-12. They play in the Division III Conference, 34th District, and 9th Region of Kentucky. Coach Kahmann has been with Villa for nearly 20 years. Assistant Coach Ken Osterkamp pitched professional for the Boston Red Sox.

  • Esports

    Esports is recognized as an official KHSAA sport, and it is a relatively new sport here at Villa. Esports promotes critical thinking and strategic planning skills. The esports team competes in the fall and in the spring. The team is coached by Robbie Due.
  • Softball

    The softball team is open to students in Grades 7-12. The preseason starts in December. Regular season practices start in March. The Vikings made it to District competition in 2026. They are coached by Tony Fields who is also the women's basketball coach.
  • Tennis

    The Men and Women's tennis teams are open to students in Grades 7-12. The top players from practice will compete in varsity matches. Matches run from March until May. Yamaan Ahmad, a Villa alum, is our men's coach, and Judah Thomas is our women's coach.

  • Track & Field

    Students in Grades 7-12 are eligible to participate on our Men's and Women's Track & Field teams. Conditioning begins in January, and practicies start in February. Meets begin in March and run through May. Brian Rapien is the head coach.
