HS/JH Fall Sports

The Villa Vikings fall sports teams include men's and women's cross country, esports, golf, soccer, and women's volleyball.

Practices start in the summer. The seasons run from August until November. Registration for fall sports takes place in May.

1. Complete Registration by May 17.
2. Create a FinalForms account.
3. Complete all the required information on FinalForms.
4. Submit an up-to-date KHSAA physical.
5. Read and sign the Villa Athletics policy.
6. Submit athletics fee of $275.  Checks made payable to VMA Athletics. Checks can be dropped off in the office.
7. $25 late fee if registered after May 17.

  • Cross Country

    Our Men's and Women's Cross Country teams have a long tradition of excellence! Head Coach Brian Rapien has been recognized as the Coach of the Year by several organizations, and we've had cross country runners go on to compete at the collegiate level.
  • Esports

    Esports is recognized as an official KHSAA sport, and it is a relatively new sport here at Villa. Esports promotes critical thinking and strategic planning skills. The esports team competes in the fall and in the spring.
  • Golf

    Villa offers men's and women's golf depending on student interest. The golf season starts in mid-summer with a tournament taking place in July.
  • Men's Soccer

    The Vikings Men's Soccer Team starts preseason practice in June and regular season practices start in July. Up to 40 students participate in varsity and JV games. 
  • Women's Soccer

    The Women's Soccer Team kicks off things off with preseason practices and team camp in June. In July, regular season practices begin and include hosting a soccer camp for children at DCCH Center for Children & Families. Coach Glenn Rice is a longtime coach and has earned more than 100 wins with the Vikings
  • Volleyball

    Villa has freshman, JV, and varsity volleyball teams. Practices start in July. The team has a long tradition of success. Coach Sandi Kitchen has notched more than 500 wins with the Vikings and has earned the DIII Coach of the Year award.
