Welcome to VMA Elementary School!
I am honored to serve as the Elementary Principal and to be part of a school community where students are known, supported, challenged, and loved.
At Villa, we believe every child has unique gifts and talents, and our goal is to help each student discover those gifts while growing in faith, knowledge, confidence, and character. Working alongside our dedicated faculty and staff and partnering with our supportive families is one of the greatest privileges of my role.
At the heart of a Villa education is our Catholic faith and Benedictine tradition. Our students are surrounded by the values of scholarship, service, stewardship, hospitality, prayer, listening, reverence for creation, community, and respect for all persons. These values are woven into the way we teach, learn, serve, and care for one another each day. We strive to create an environment where every child feels a strong sense of belonging and understands that they have an important role to play in our community.
Academically, Villa provides a strong and engaging foundation for future success. Our dedicated teachers know their students well and provide differentiated instruction that challenges them to think critically, communicate effectively, solve problems, collaborate, and become confident, independent learners. Students are also given opportunities to explore their interests through art, music, world languages, physical education, technology, STEM, library, and other enrichment experiences. Through our House System, students build friendships across grade levels, develop leadership skills, participate in service, and put our Benedictine values into action.
Most importantly, Villa is a community. We want our students to leave elementary school not only as strong students, but as compassionate, responsible, faith-filled young people who recognize their gifts and understand the difference they can make in the lives of others. At Villa Madonna Academy, every child has a place, a purpose, and the opportunity to make a difference. I invite you to visit Villa; meet our teachers, see our students in action, and experience the Villa community for yourself.
Warmly,
Soshana Bosley
