Junior Earns 1st Place in Pitch Contest
Elijah Driver and his team participaated in the Governor's School for Entrepreneurship's Pitch Fest!
He spent three weeks at the University of Kentucky learning real-life business skills. The program culiminates with Pitch Fest - a take on Shark Tank. Elijah and his team pitched a game to teach financial literacy to middle school students. They came in 1st and won $1,000!
The Governor's School for Entrepreneurship is highly selective. Elijah was one of 147 selected for the annual program.
