What is the 7-12 admissions process?
Students in junior high and high school fill out an application and submit school records for review. For incoming freshmen, there is a required Diocesan High School Placement Test. Each application is reviewed by our admissions committee.
Freshman Admissions:
Taking the High School Placement Test elsewhere
- Complete application and submit HSPT results.
- Submit Release of Records form.
- Admissions decision letters will go out within 1 week.
Taking the High School Placement Test at Villa Madonna Academy
- Sign up and take HSPT at VMA.
- Submit Release of Records form.
- Admissions letters will go out in January.
Transfer Students (Grades 7-11)
- Complete application.
- Submit Release of Records form.
- Meet with admissions team if applicable
- Admissions decision letters will go out within one week.
