Freshman Admissions

If your student took the HSPT at VMA
If your student did not take the HSPT at VMA

- Take the High School Placement Test on the second Saturday of December at 9:00 A.M.
- Acceptance letters will be sent, along with registration information, in January.
- With registration, you will submit a Freshman Schedule Sheet, fill out the HS/JH Registration, and pay a $400 non-refundable and non-transferable registration deposit. (This $400 is applied as your first tuition payment.)
- If your child is new to Villa freshman year, you will also be asked to submit a Release of Records form, a birth certificate, and current immunization records.
If your student did not take the HSPT at VMA
- Submit Application for 2026/2027 school year along with HSPT results.
- If your child is new to Villa freshman year, you will also be asked to submit a Release of Records form.
- The admissions team will reach out with the admissions decision within one week.
