Overview  
The Parent Teacher Administration Organization (PTAO) is organized to provide educational enhancements, cultural, social development and recreational opportunities for the students of Villa Madonna Academy, grades K-12. Membership shall consist of all parents of students attending Villa Madonna Academy.
 
Purpose 
  1. To generate financial support for educational materials, programs, and services by conducting fundraising events;
  2. To provide Villa Madonna Academy with equipment and/or improvements necessary to enhance the educational process for students in grades K-12;
  3. To uphold the Benedictine values as endorsed by Villa Madonna Academy.

The PTAO meets the second Wednesday of the month at 8:05 a.m. in the cafeteria. Parents are invited and encouraged to attend meetings and participate in any of the committees.

Community Outreach

This is a wonderful opportunity for Villa families to give back to the community and for students to earn service hours.  We spend a November Saturday helping the elderly and disabled prepare their homes for the winter months. Families are encouraged to participate.

Students in K-3 and their families are invited to enjoy breakfast with Santa. Children will have the opportunity to make several Christmas crafts and have their picture taken with Santa Claus.

Graduation - 8th Grade

Reception is hosted following 8th grade graduation for students, staff, family and friends. It is customary for the 7th grade parents to volunteer for this event

Kindergarten Celebration

Committee has fun “spoiling" our teachers, staff and administers in creative ways.  Previous activities include:  monthly desserts and goodies, teacher appreciation week, Christmas gifts, and a yearend luncheon.

Uniform Exchange

Used uniform exchange enables parents to sell uniforms and spirit wear that are no longer needed. Parents set pricing for their items that they wish to sell. Items can also be donated to the exchange with the proceeds going towards PTAO.
