1. Submit the K-6 Application, Release of Records Form, and $100 application fee. To pay the $100 fee online, please click here. (You will be charged a 3% service fee.) Venmo is another payment option. Our account is @villamadonna. (Please note application fee in the memo.)
 
2. Villa will send for records from current school.
1. Take the High School Placement Test on the second Saturday of December at 9:00 A.M.
 
2. Acceptance letters will be sent, along with registration information, in January. 
With registration, submit Freshman Schedule Sheet, HS / JH Application, and a $400 non-refundable and non-transferable registration deposit. (This $400 is applied as your first tuition payment.)
If your child is new to Villa freshman year, please also submit a Release of Records Form, birth certificate, and current immunization records.
 
2.  Villa will send for report cards and achievement test scores from previous schools to help determine acceptance.
 
3.  Take required placement tests.

4.  Pay all tuition and fees to current school.
 
5. The online registration link will be sent upon acceptance.
 
*Villa does not accept new seniors.
After completing the required steps, if it is agreed by the parent or guardian and the administration that the educational environment is suited to the student's needs, an acceptance letter will be provided, and the student is eligible for admittance.
 
Registration is completed by submitting a provided online link along with a $400 non-refundable and non-transferrable registration deposit.  (This $400 is applied to your first tuition payment).
