Athletic Registration

High School / Junior High Sports

Registration for Baseball, Softball, Boys and Girls Tennis, Boys and Girls Track, Coed Esports, and Boys Volleyball opens on January 6 and closes January 17.  Payment of $255 is due by January 17.  A $25 late fee will apply if not paid by January 17.

To Register for Spring Sports

  1. Complete Registration by January 17.
  2. Create a FinalForms account.
  3. Complete all the required information on FinalForms.
  4. Read and sign High School Athletic Policy Form
  5. Submit payment online or by check payable to Villa Madonna.  Checks can be dropped off in the office.
  6. $25 late fee if registered after January 17.
