Athletic Registration

High School / Junior High Sports

Registration for Boys and Girls Basketball, Boys and Girls Swimming, Boys and Girls Archery  opens on September 8 and closes September 19.  Payment of $275 is due by September 19.  A $25 late fee will apply if not paid by September 19.

To Register for Winter Sports

  1. Complete Registration by September 21.
  2. Create a FinalForms account.
  3. Complete all the required information on FinalForms.
  4. Read and sign High School Athletic Policy Form
  5. Submit payment online or by check payable to Villa Madonna.  Checks can be dropped off in the office.
  6. $25 late fee if registered after September 21.
