Athletic Registration

High School / Junior High Sports

Registration for Boys and Girls Basketball, Boys and Girls Swimming and Co-ed Archery opens on September 16th and closes October 4th.  Payment of $255 is due by October 4th.  A $25 late fee will apply if not paid by October 4.

To Register for Winter Sports

  1. Complete Registration by October 4.
  2. Create a FinalForms account.
  3. Complete all the required information on FinalForms.
  4. Read and sign High School Athletic Policy Form
  5. Submit payment online or by check payable to Villa Madonna.  Checks can be dropped off in the office.
  6. $25 late fee if registered after October 4.
