Tuition & Fees

Villa Madonna Academy is committed to working with as many families as possible to provide affordable access to our award-winning education with a Flexible Tuition Program. The tuition assistance program includes merit and Benedictine scholarships awarded by way of a tuition assistance application. Through the application, the Business Office and Scholarship Committee calculate the most beneficial tuition plan for each unique family situation. Many families think they may not qualify for tuition flexibility but are encouraged to apply.

For the 2023-2024 school year, we allocated more than $730,000 in scholarships and tuition assistance to approximately 42% of our Villa K-12 families.

Please note that the rates include tuition, materials, textbooks, and technology fees.
 
Montessori: $5,800
Kindergarten: $6,900 per student. 
Elementary (Grades 1-6): $9,950 per student.
Junior High (Grades 7-8): $9,950 per student.
High School (in district): $12,625 per student.
High School (out of district): $13,300 per student (Students who are not members of a parish in Boone, Campbell or Kenton County per Diocese of Covington Board of Education Policy P3220.) 
High School International Students: $16,575 per student. 
FACTS Payment Service Fee per Family: $45 (withdrawn by FACTS)
Credit Card Payment to Villa – Fee per transaction: 3.0% of the dollar amount charged
 
High School Senior Graduation Fee: $80
High School Senior Retreat: $250
High School Junior Retreat: $120
High School Sophomore and Freshman Retreats: $45
Junior High 7th and 8th grade Retreats: $35
 
Senior and Junior Class Dues: $35
Sophomore and Freshman Class Dues: $25
 
Junior High School Testing Fee (PSAT/NMSQT & District ACT): $60
Sophomore Testing Fee (PSAT & PreACT): $40
Freshman Testing Fee (PSAT 9 & PreACT): $40
 
Fundraising Fee per Student: Fee supports Fine Arts Patrons (FAP) and Parent Teacher Administration Organization (PTAO) initiatives for Villa students including field trips, cultural activities, and classroom improvements): $100 per student. Maximum is $200 per family.
 
Safety Fee: $135 per student. Maximum is $270 per family.
 
Sports participation fees, daily lunches, and high school class dues are paid separately from the Tuition & Fees.
Multi-student: Discounts, tuition assistance, and scholarships are available for families with additional children. Please call Tim Davis at ext. 125 to discuss. 
 
Freshman Student Discount: An additional loyalty discount is offered to students for retention from grade 8 to grade 9. This discount is dependent upon the number of years a student attended Villa  according to the following chart:
