2026-2027 Registration Form Grades 7-12

Thank you for choosing Villa for the 2026-2027 school year. Please complete this form and submit a $400 registration deposit per child within five business days. The $400 per student is nonrefundable, nontransferable, and will be applied to tuition. However, if after receiving the tuition assistance or scholarship award, the student chooses to not attend Villa and advises Villa of the intention to not attend within 30 days of the award, $300 of the $400 deposit will be refunded.
