2026-2027 Registration Form K- 6

Thank you for choosing Villa for the 2026-2027 school year. Please complete this form for K-6 students. The registration form for 7-12 students can be found here.

After filling out the form, please submit a $400 registration deposit per child within five business days. The $400 per student is nonrefundable, nontransferable, and will be applied to tuition.
