Athletic Registration

High School / Junior High Sports

Registration for Boys and Girls Soccer, Boys and Girls Golf, Boys and Girls Cross Country and Volleyball  opens on May 5 and closes May 21.  Payment of $275 is due by May 21.  A $25 late fee will apply if not paid by May 21.

To Register for Fall Sports

  1. Complete Registration by May 21.
  2. Create a FinalForms account.
  3. Complete all the required information on FinalForms.
  4. Read and sign High School Athletic Policy Form
  5. Submit payment online or by check payable to Villa Madonna.  Checks can be dropped off in the office.
  6. $25 late fee if registered after May 21.
