Our elementary faculty and students are thrilled to be part of the inaugural Elementary House System! The system will allow us to build community spirit and our appreciation and understanding of our Benedictine values. There are four houses in the school:
- The House of Givers
- The House of Dreamers
- The House of Friendship
- The House of Courage
Each house is associated with a Benedictine saint and values. Students were sorted into houses with each student selecting a Viking duck with the house color painted on the bottom. The excitement at the sorting ceremony was unlike anything we have seen! The houses will meet regularly to work on service projects, team-building, and other activities.
We look forward to seeing where the house system takes us this year!
