Welcome to First Grade!
I am so excited to begin my 19th year here at Villa! I taught Kindergarten for ten years, five years in third grade, one year in second, and this is my third year in first grade. Being born and raised in Lexington means I love my UK wildcats. I also love spending time with my family, reading, eating ice cream, and visiting my parents down in Lexington to go to Keeneland and UK games. I am looking forward to planning engaging activities for the students.
We appreciate you signing your child's planner nightly. Checking your child's homework and portfolio nightly will give the students a feeling of confidence when they come to school the next day. Thank you in advance for your help.
